Suggestions for improvement
- PTO for part- time workers, more holidays off, bonuses
Orlans does not show any real concern for their employees, only when and where the law requires them
There is no clear leadership
No one person is ever treated equally. Mostly a political environment
This has always been a large area of concern. Orlans refuses to pay its employees at the competitive level.
More stress is on the non supervisory, non manager staff
