Suggestions for improvement
- More opportunities for growth. Some positions seem to get stagnant
Certain managers are not qualified. Treated people dishonestly. Only blame but not support.
Not diversified but the local population is not either. Not the company's fault.
Flexible working hours, one remote working day per week. Many flexible time-off days.
Some managers don't take responsibilities. Never support people work for him but only blame. Dishonest. Can't trust them.
The workforce in Wheeling is not diversified but the populations there are not either. Not the company's fault.
