Support from management
Certain managers are not qualified. Treated people dishonestly. Only blame but not support.
Inclusive / Diverse
Not diversified but the local population is not either. Not the company's fault.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change the management.
What I like about the company
Flexible working hours, one remote working day per week. Many flexible time-off days.
What I dislike about the company
Some managers don't take responsibilities. Never support people work for him but only blame. Dishonest. Can't trust them.
