There is absolutely no fairness or trust. Supervisors do not commend and only want to speak to you to give negative and discouraging feedback
Support from Management
No consistent feedback or development until yearly review when it's too late to do anything about it.
Any real time help with a call is non existent it's frowned upon. You will be given a look of disdain and waived off.
Coworker don't have time to interact unless they are in lunch but not enough time to socialize in 30 minutes. No team building or teamwork encouraged. Favoritism is very prevalent and those workers are the only ones to matter.
