Suggestions for improvement
- Training should be more organized.
Employees helped eachother out as best as they could if you asked ir if they saw you needed help. It's difficult to help others with so little help available.
Very poor communication and very reactive opposed to proactive.
Clinical and non clinical are completely separate. They have no crossover training.
The company had absolutely no communication between departments. They do not stop the rampant rumors that are running through the offices.
The doctors are great to work for.
They really do not care about what happens in your personal life as long as you keep it to yourself.
