Suggestions for improvement
- Realize that this is a business, and not a dinner club. There are workers who are there to work, whose livelihood depends on the job, and others who are collecting a paycheck. Business is business, not a social circle.
What I like about the company
As an employer, the only thing about this firm was that they do good work. The attorneys are very knowledgeable.
What I dislike about the company
There is no employee loyalty. While there are some staff there who do work hard, there are others who have no clue as to what they are doing. However, there is a very "cliquey" atmosphere between management and some of the staff, and the attorneys and some of the staff. There is definitely a "back scratch" mentality, and if the work produced is subpar, as long as the employee is friends with the attorneys and management it is overlooked. This company would rather get rid of employees who do work hard and strive to produce exceptional work because they are not "friends" with management rather than realize that this is a business, not a friendship circle.
