Recommended not to attend any onboarding training. If you follow it you will get fired.

Communication of goals are unclear. The requirement is to stand and salute. Any initiatives to use your brain will be a reason for termination.

Office / Work Environment
The work environment was a remodeled storage room with no windows and constant noise from the manufacturing area. The bathroom was from the 70s and was never cleaned. Smells from manufacturing flooded the room with constant flickering of florescent lighting.
No recycling bins were provided.
I worked a significant number of hours, working all Friday summer half days. More hours were not an option. No work life balance.
