Suggestions for improvement

Wonderful coworkers, when dealing with peers. Management leaves a lot to be desired.
Management sets unreachable Kohl management sets unreachable goals.
In the IT department your peers will pull together with you to accomplish your goal.
There is too much micromanagement.
Official policy stresses an open door but in reality it's not true.
Older uneducated predominantly white management . Will prevent you from transfer or filing discrimination reports
