What I like about the company
Some managers manage well and recognize their employees.
What I dislike about the company
Some managers are clueless about what a manager does. Managers are too busy to do an adequate job of managing their departments. The company is policy driven and create new policies to cover situations that are in violation of current policies. High employee turnover.
