Suggestions for improvement
- I would continue to build relationships between leadership and non leadership staff. Atmosphere between the different offices are different, but I'd like to see all offices have a family like atmosphere.
What I like about the company
I started in a lower position and within just a couple of years, I have been able to grow with the company and into leadership positions. The people I work with have been incredibly helpful and insightful. The atmosphere is very family like.
What I dislike about the company
I don't have any constructive feedback at this point.
