- New management that does not tolerate above listed issues and treats and/or disciplines staff equally based on job performance, not personal relationships.

Dishonest, disorganized management, favoritism toward certain employees based on personal relationships despite job performance, inability to provide staff with procedural guidelines and expectations, unsafe work environment that endangered staff members professional licenses.
