Suggestions for improvement
- Change out managers...change out HR as they conspire with management to change out employees that do not drink the coolaid. Employees work in fear that if they do not say positive nice things, they will be let go.

Horrible management (first and second line). Management does not want to hear about things that are not working well, they only want to hear from their teams how great they are...people who do not agree with status quo or try to point out areas for improvement have their positions eliminated. In 2014, leadership tried to buy loyalty by increasing pay for all employees, and then thought that they could do anything they wanted to employess.
