Co workers were great guys.
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits at all. Not one! You are underpaid for what you have to deal with on a daily basis.
The diesel tanks are just on the ground where fuel leaks in the ground and they don't care.
Nothing is OSHA approved in the shop. None of the drivers are actually certified to drive these trucks. No one has air brake endorsement or CDL B which are needed for this job. They lie to you and say that a chauffeurs lisence will do. Your training is trial by fire. You get put in a truck and told get to work.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get your act together and care about the hardworking employees you have before you lose them.
What I dislike about the company
They force you to drive illegally. They do not care about there employees. You get no benefits at all. You're lucky to get paid for the hours you worked. Management is a complete and absolute joke! No vacation or paid time off, you have to beg for a day off if needed during the week. The work is not equal, one crew could work 60+ hours and another could only work 20 hours a week.
