- Because the CEO is the owner and the problem, nothing will change
Horrible. immature atmosphere, even from the older exec team. When they think no one will find out they regularly belittle and make fun of the staff to each other.
The exec team is completely clueless. They have no idea how to train or manage employees. Unless you're an instant star performer be prepared to be ignored until you're fired.
Backstabbing is the name of the game. Your fellow employees are willing to do whatever it takes to be on top, including crushing those around them
The worst I've even encourtered
The CEO and sole owner will yell profanities at employees
Team work is not only discouraged, but it is punished and seen as a sign of weakness
If you a total yes man who never asks intelligent questions, you might survive
The CEO openly says we don't hire anyone over 30, with kids or is planning on having kids.
