Support from management
Management uses their Owen opinions and beliefs to try and push on employees. Management had to be involved with everything, you are never on your own.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make bonuses based on individuals performance.
What I like about the company
Fellow employees are supportive to others.
What I dislike about the company
Too much micromanagement. Personal opinions pushed on employees. No room for real advancement. Not paid for your work, but on results of others.
