If you are a family member of the CEO then you can do no wrong. Otherwise, you never hear about your performance until you are let go.
Support from management
CEO treats employees as if they are dispensable unless you are part of his family. Fires and lays off employees by email. That's after the other coworkers have already been told.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Workers that have been there the longest are the first to go due to their high salary.
Paychecks often held due to lack of funds in employers account. Company very in debt and borrows to pay off other debt.
Suggestions for improvement
- Find a leader as your CEO instead of an Emperor. Hire strong administrative staff. Stop expanding without being able to pay the bills. Appreciate your long term employees and do not view them as being simply overpaid.
What I like about the company
There are some terrific people who work at the hospital. The physicians (for the most part) are exceptional.
What I dislike about the company
Severe nepotism and cronyism. If you are neither do not expect to be appreciated or to advance within the company. CEO hires weak administrative staff so that he is not challenged by anyone. The only good idea is the one that he comes up with.
