Company has another sales person train, however does NOT pay the salesperson to do training.

- Honesty & integrity. Doing what we say, saying what we mean.
I like about the employer
What I though I would like turned out to be false information.
I dislike about the employer
To much to list, briefly: The offers and descussion before employment change after employment. They would not pay commission and car expences to my trainer unless I returned my sales book within 48 hours. My trainer also left the company. The presentation is deceptive to both the schools and the sponsors. The sponsors are paying way too much, they do not receive the copies of samples they are promised and the schools do not receive the 3000+ folders the salesperson promises the sponsers. Also, the school may not receive their product for up to 9 months, depending on time of year, but sales person has to promise them within 8 to 10 weeks.
