Suggestions for improvement
- More inclusion to ALL of their employees, including and especially their contract workers. Do not take advantage of people who just come out of college to put them in cruddy jobs for low pay simply because you can. The CEOs and higher ups, should give more to their contract workers for all the work they do.
What I like about the company
Gives opportunities to meet a lot of new people, new skills, and new experiences. Can help you to branch out to other companies such as 3M, and get a better career through the work done for them through Pace
What I dislike about the company
They have little to no policies on things for their employees, especially their contract workers, such as a trans* health policy. They don't involve their off-site contract workers in anything that others are involved in.
