Suggestions for improvement
- Favoritism to be eliminated. Incentives to the individuals that worked as a team member, even if they are not top tier, management, administration, or HHC.
I like about the employer
As an employer, working for PACE was self gratifying. They did not create any incentives for working hard, only criticism.
I dislike about the employer
PACE had a bad habit of not appreciating work that was being done. I was always working scared. A lot of layoffs.
