Suggestions for improvement
- Bring back regional management of products and services so customers have a local presence when they contact att for either sales or service help. Customers feel lost and alienated through the maze of national and global, automated systems.
I dislike about the employer
No job security for us from the older, narrowband industry. No incentive to transfer to other facets of the growing company, no hands=on help to do so. Almost every desk position is being outsourced or sent to foreign countries where ATT does business.
