Suggestions for improvement
- make employees feel appreciated and ask how they feel of their day to day work. very hard to work honestly when management is shady. Start all over again and get rid of management team

Manager,Hr,management, lack of understanding and safety, very hostile and shady, not able to trust if Hr will back you , coming each day on the edge getting yelled at for petty reasons , getting written up to cover managers mistakes and lack of leadership, using your own coworkers to monitor you or turn on you, other coworkers get "hidden" incentives = favoritism and bribery , barely no raise (.50 cents in 6 years ) , flexed to several positions in a day and feeling rushed equals to mistakes and accidents because they don't want to hire more workers = lost of money , overworked each day for there own money/bonus yet no incentives
manager has very lousy attitude towards employees . OVER ABUSE of Power . NO LOYALTY. Not feeling TRUSTED with work = constant overlooking/being watched by cameras 24:7 or sneaking behind your back to try to catch you.
All of this will make you feel hostile,empty, lied and lousy to a job you put your blood ,sweat and time into.
