No company culture to speak of.
Support from Management
Management often escalated problems with patients (or should I say "customers") instead of resolving them.
Team members were often overworked and stressed to the point where they did not care to help each other.
Hardly any training, and blaming mentality from management if something goes wrong.
No office or decent organization. Computers from the dark ages.
