Most supervisors aren't willing to provide support or communication.
Everyone seems to be in it for themselves. It's a CYA environment
They care more about the social awareness than their employees.
They care more about "diversity" than actually hiring people that can do the job.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop adding layers in upper management. It only adds layers of bureaucracy.
