Leadership was weak, but very good at micro-managing the unimportant details. Progress was typically three steps forward and two steps backwards.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't just go through the motions that you are concerned and interested in staff work. Ask what you can do to make their job more efficient or successful. Be a servant manager to the staff, and reward them at the end of the year for jobs well done and you will have a productive workforce.
