there are some programs in place for what they call shout outs which is basicaly an email system to gives kudos for performance.what a joke! Cant take that to the bank.Its all about the money.Employees are expendible robots.
Support from management
No support whatsoever. Management will tell you i dont have time,just figure it out. depending on situation,you might get fired for making the wrong decision.
All the techs pull together to get the job done.They dont have a choice because there is no support from management.
Freedom to work independently
communicating with other techs to distribute workload.Never enough staff.Management will work you to death, but will get upset if you are getting to much overtime.
The only real communication is between the techs.As far as management, its all a big secret and you are just a bug not worthy to know the truth of any thing.Weekly confrence call meetings(huddle calls),but its really to just tell everyone of their mistakes and how to improve performance to meet monthly goals although you are already understaffed and over worked.
Equality is no problem. They just want warm bodied robots, no matter sex,age,race or religion
NO! You are stuck where you hired in at.
Overall compensation for your work
probably the only good thing ecxept your Pt's. pay is pretty good. Insurance for employee not bad, but if you add family member it is outrageously expensive.
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions are not a factor. Technology and vehicles are up to date.They are really good at outward appearances, but its only a facade of the monster you will work for.
Work life balance is usualy ok.Although you may work long hours to get the job done due to understaffed. Vacation accrues each payday, but you can forget taking it early in the year. you can only take off the amount of hours accrued so you pretty much have to work most of the year to get a considerable amount of hours to take for a vacation unless you just want to take a day here and there.
Oh yea, They are masters at putting up a good front(image)even to the government. but it is an underlying evil.
Always in a nervous state that you could be illiminated without warning. They really stress the fact they are an at will employer.if they want you gone they will find something to pin on you or make up a reason.
No problem here. like i said they are masters of disguize, appearance,and image.
No safety risks
Thats the best part of the job is the Pt's. The feeling of making a difference in someones life for the better.
Inclusive / Diverse
They really could care less about your opinion or idea. Training is a joke.You pretty much have to figure it out on your own through trial,error,and experience.Basicaly your stuck where you hired on at(no advancement)they will say your not qualified,but will hire a friend or family member with no experience.

Working with the Pt's are rewarding, and the other employees are great to work with.Pay and compensation
