- Communication should be improved. Subordinate should be held responsible for breach of employee personal issues. The assistant should be held accountable for more various office duties.
I like about the employer
The organization of the office task list, the ability to work on own.
I dislike about the employer
The upper management had breached confidentiality to its subordinate about another employee, lack of communication, Assistant details were not outlined and did not have assistant sign job description, so the assistant was not held accountable for job duties. Upper management had been told of this numerous time and this was even put in eval by the manager, but nothing had been done. Communication was not available. The short staffing became unbearable and manager had to do both her duties and the maintenance, which the manager is not the maintenance tech.
