Suggestions for improvement
- At the very least, halve the discipline periods if not more. Build in stress relief periods during each day or each week unrelated to breaks or meal times. Stop ostracizing and driving away your most competent employees.
What I like about the company
the pay is competitive, PT is generous, and health coverage is good
What I dislike about the company
Confusing expectations and communication, puts their employees in the position of having to defend the company from its customers with very little backup, ridiculously long disciplinary fall off periods, and only giving mouth service to caring about the mental health of its employees.
