Suggestions for improvement
- Offer employees opportunities to review their managers without fear of retaliation. Upper management needs to be made aware of managers and directors who are not effective in their positions in regards to communicating effectively with employees or who single out employees unfairly. Create open dialogue to improve the work environment for all employees. Pay should be more in line with other utility companies.
