This company is constantly adding responsibility to the production employee with no pay incentive.
Support from management
Support from management is hit or miss. The more entry level management seemed to work better with the staff in production, however the upper management has a direct my way or the highway mentality.
There was a point over the last year that they forced all their hourly production workers to work 12 days in a row for 8 months.
