Support from Management
No free thinking is approved. It's their way or they will drive you out the door. Change is not something handled well at this plant, or accepted.
Self preservation is unbelievably prevelant. Again, change is not accepted well.
Job done well is seldomly noted.
Ok at best.
Suggestions for improvement
- Complete makeover. Senior officials NEED to dig deep to see just how poorly run this plant is. People with tenure are not listened to while people with lesser seniority and little experience are put in positions to make decisions. They set themselves up for failure.
