Support from management
My former district manager refused to communicate with me towards the end of my career with the company, and I had a total of 8 district managers in the 2 years I was with the organization.
Suggestions for improvement
- I believe that a more structured upper management with better and more timely communication would greatly help this organization.
What I like about the company
They paid generously.
What I dislike about the company
Inconsistent in upper management. Communication was not timely.
