Support from Management
Many supervisors they hire have no experience. The company likes to hire with no experience to offer them less pay.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need to evaluate some internal employees that have experience and promote from within.
I like about the employer
Over all they keep any employee as long as the employee shows up to work.
I dislike about the employer
There is no equal opportunity when you talk about growth and moving up the chain of command.
