Suggestions for improvement
- PaintCare needs new leaders that will truly stand behind their words. Behavior is believable.
I like about the employer
PC staff loves to help each other, but watch out! Management will make sure anyone receiving help will pay. Management believes in "Team Work" in words, not actual deed.
I dislike about the employer
Leaders are combative and will tell States (that they want to enter), what they want to hear, and will act as if they are listening, but will not follow through.
It is not wise for anyone to quit a job and put their name on the line for this organization if they come to your state! They will not follow through on their recycling rates, service agreements, or their "work/life balance" policy.
