Management has a "good 'ol boy" mentality. Women do not matter to this company! Females receive inferior compensation than their male counterparts. Even when management is made aware that a male employee touched a female employee inappropriately, they literally say things like, “Well if you’re out in the shop, you are asking for it.”
Support from Management
Management will not support employees in regard to career/ personal/ even coworker related issues. They only want to invalidate employee feelings in order to not act.
