There is no fairness. Again, if you are liked by the right supervision, you get consideration
Support from management
The leadership is very selfish, to a great fault.
The individuals are individual, no team concept.
Freedom to work independently
Not much say-so, unless you are "one of the boys."
We are informed about results, successes and victories, including failures.
Nowadays, women seem to be allowed certain advantages. Again, only being "one of the boys" is important.
Attitude towards older colleagues
This department seems to hire older employees
Career prospects are nil.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
The computers and rooms are up to date.
The department is socially aware.
There is peer pressure to work more hours, however staffing is low.
The employees are disgruntled and unhappy. Morale is low.
I, personally, do not feel a sense of accomplishment. I just feel jealous of those who get consideration.
Inclusive / Diverse
Administration only listens to administration and supervision. Line staff opinions do not matter.

- Make employees important. Create an environment of fairness and equal opportunity. Increase positive morale
