Suggestions for improvement
- Classified staff should be able to get full-time positions and medical benefits should not cost $500 a month. They should also be offered at least half of the training teachers to be able to support students. Teachers and other staff do not have time to train classified staff.
What I like about the company
If you want to earn a living wage and be able to afford medical benefits you will need a bachelors degree and teaching credential. Classified employees are not given adequate training, an opportunity for advancement, and benefits are extremely expensive. With the costs of medical insurance, you will make about the same working at a minimum wage job.
What I dislike about the company
Classified support staff are not given many opportunities and it is almost impossible to get a full-time position.
