Leadership is based upon longevity with the company (if you last that long.) They are clueless and provide zero support to employees
Communication is based upon what they want to tell you, not what is truly happening.
You may think you're doing your job correctly, you haven't heard differently, but be aware of the "restructure" conversation! It will happen when you least expect it.
