While striving to establish core company objectives, teamwork had faceplanted, especially coming from mid executive positions and working in almost every skilled trade and or workforce operation imaginable, (...IVE HAD MORE JOBS THAN I CAN COUNT ON MY FINGERS AND TOES COMBINED...) ...for good reason. I have experience to "hands on" take over and drive for vertical long term, hitting the ground running in just about all things imagined as an American consumer market company.
Freedom to work independently
Very elaborate management techniques, I guess I could go all day on that actually...i will say, again, with my credents', is says alot; crash course in super lean production and secret Japanese business ethics. YES, I WORKED SIDE BY SIDE WITH THE JAPANESE AND HAD ONLY GOOGLE TRANSLATE TO LEARN THE KEY COMPONENTS OF MY RESPONSIBILITIES. It was a very rewarding experience.
It's a brand new MIRACLE OF THE WORLD, given I have no reason to be angry for anything;... but it was f*****, in some respects.
When it comes to ethics and general practices, the first 4 tiers of employees, (lead, tech... etc.) is one of the best I've seen.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Every place of business has its personnel variables. I have, in fact, caught myself in a senseless dispute with a former marine and war veteran...we have since made amends and I assure you, it was simply consequential to the (metaphorically speaking), fresh screaming baby, who is expected to mature into adult hood before graduating from its toddler stage in life. THERE ALOT OF CANDID SITUATIONS, NONE THE LESS, GREAT TO BE APART OF IN LIFE.
I saw all I needed to see.
Overall compensation for your work
Out of the box, they pay REALLY WELL IN REGARDS TO COMPETITIVE MARGINS AS WELL AS FOR IMPLEMENTING ANY PRIOR ACCRUED SKILLS OR ATTRIBUTES.

Let's just say, it's in a galaxy, far, far, away...from something you would waltz into.
Again, I'm here by the skin of my teeth in regards to PENA & TESLA litigating me for doing a review. Ive seen others, not that i myself am the best, but these folks....i was amazed they made it through "orientation week", let alone GIVE EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER JUSTICE. There are flaws. There are bad apples and there is the overall future of the scope in which the operation is geared. YES THEY WILL GET THERE AND MORE STATISTICS WILL BE SACRIFICED.
Brand new. Local involvement and acknowledgement is, complex, or channel oriented but in some areas it as heavily prominent, and only in certain contextual, capacities.
Considering my contractual agreements as a free and not completely broke or homeless POSITION, THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE ADVISED BY AN OCCUPATIONAL LAW CONSULTANT, MONETARY COMPENSATION AND/OR Just writing paperback and selling it. Legally....I have a story. The thought of publication is something not easily negotiated.
IT'S STILL UNDER CONST., YET, it is one of the most organized and lucrative hourly waged safety officers and staff, IN THE WORLD. I WOULD NEVER SAY TO ANYONE, "DON'T GO THERE". But we must bear in mind, I'm reviewing only for Panasonic, right now...Tesla and the Gap from, to Panasonic, is like land to water, very, different..........

I've never seen such a progressive work environment that actually "shoved you in the pool", if you will, as opposed to "dipping your toes".
Suggestions for improvement
- I'm short on time and money, so I must, hope dor the sake of the primary purpose for my feedback, with little disappointment as possible, bid farewell and in most of the challenge for this job is getting in the door.
