Too large for a genuine culture to form company wide however HR spends a lot of effort trying.
Efforts by management to force various business cases into one mold have increased the overall stress level and have made teamwork increasingly difficult.
Varies depending on department.
Newer management have a strong tendency to shut down and reject any methods which do not align to their personal benefit or preconceptions of the ideal methods.
