No, not at all in any area.
Support from management
They take no steps to do better.
There was some, but could have been better.
Freedom to work independently
One person doing several, several jobs. Could have been better with more help.
None. Not even interoffice.
Not in this field
Attitude towards older colleagues
I don't want to think my age had anything to do with what I needed to do on a daily bases.
The will not invest in you
Overall compensation for your work
They have good benefits - salary not matching what is called upon on one person to do.
Office / Work Environment
The office is functional and nice. But could have better software and server so that it can work independently.
Strict. You are the only one with the doctor. Schedule has to accommodate if you need off.
I loved their mission. Just didn't see it put into action. So in my opinion, it was not a reality.
If someone don't like you, they are tired of you, signs of illness or disability; you will be out.
Nice office - all the items that are needed. Except direct care.
Of course - this is a grant funded facility so it better or it will have to close its doors. On the surface, everyone is trained - but there is a cheat sheet. So, you call that "trained" or fill in the blank??
I was proud. But nothing was ever enough to some people. Doing 3 peoples job, day in and day out and there was no gratitude to the service you gave them.
Inclusive / Diverse
Ideas were supported because I was VERY organized and very OCD. But again, working alone; I needed it to work for me.
Suggestions for improvement
- New management that know what to do in this field and learn to treat people with more respect.
What I like about the company
Affordable care for people that don't have insurance or a lot of money.
What I dislike about the company
How they do "business".
