Basically, all owners are Chinese and expect for you to work a lot even if it's pointless busy work for little money. The better of an employee you are, the worse and more tedious the task become. You basically get stuck with work no body wants and im that is irrelevant to your position in every aspect. They will also let you work for a certain period of time until they train someone from China that's been waiting for a work Visa and then fire you so they can pay them minimum wage for the same job. I saw this happen repeatedly for a period of 3 years. Even managers would be fired because they helped the customer too much and didn't shaft them so the company wouldn't have to pay for extra services as a result of negligence on their behalf.
Support from management
First, the manager is completely oblivious to customer expectations. Only the CEO's opinion is his prerogative. If you don't believe me, go ahead and apply. Time will tell.
Freedom to work independently
Never, unless you're in sales and are a top producer and even then, one eye is on you.

Yes, usually for sales. As long as you sell, you'll have a job.
This is a dead end job and your days are numbered here. In 3 years, the churnover rate increased significantly. It's a simple dynamic, people first start as anyone would evicted about receiving new income and stability and are often at times disappointed.

Minimum wage a or $10/hr the highest.

Can be fun HERE AND THERE.
The term Eco-friendly would be more appropriate as an antonym for this company.
Depends ok your position
For me, I gained much experience at this company but it was time to move on. Very negative environment if you are working with the owners.

Only sales as there can be none at all. Commission structure is beyond horrible and unrealistic 1% is the highest. Payout

NEVER!!!!! Family run and will fire you in a sneaky manner of you challenge or question anything. Disclaimer: I am not a disgruntled former employee, this is just my honest feedback from my experience there.
Suggestions for improvement
- Well, there is no suggestion to make. It is a lost case at this point. The goal for management is to avoid cover costly repairs for kitchens that was their fault to begin with. If you only know the myriad of phone calls I was told to ignore or lie to clients so they could avoid any reaponse to the customer.
