Suggestions for improvement
- Mid-management should foster a culture of professionalism and safety. They should take notice that if someone is consistently tattling on one particular person, perhaps the tattler has an agenda. Administration should not indulge the gossip and the petty, artificial alliances.
I like about the employer
If you were lucky, or in the proper clique, there was very little micromanagement so you were allowed to simply do your job which was great.
