There is never any " good job" statements. Management only talks about what needs improving.
Support from Management
Management says they want to hear concerns and issues but then justifies why they do things and nothing gets solved.
There is a group of women that basically run the production line and if you don't fit into their group, you're almost an outcast.
Level of Autonomy
This same group of women are given the best jobs and are pandered to by supervisors and management. There is major favoritism.
