New owners have no idea what a managers day to day is. Be out in the field more and actually watch what we do. ASK!!! Be compassionate to overwhelmed team.

Do not involve GM's in decision making, Would be helpful if they gave us more then a few days to train all employees on a rollout. Answer our calls or emails timely, especially when we are calling for help.
The crew is usually pretty good as you hand pick them as GM. It's how you train them.
