Company Culture

Run by brainless corporate goons out to abuse you for cheap labor

Support from management

Management abused for inexpensive labor by the corporate level, whom also do not offer help to eleviate the work load

Teamwork

Impossible to keep a team when the company cant afford to pay to keep them around, from corporate level down teamwork at a minimum, every one out to only get theirs

Freedom to work independently

You'll be alone when corporate doesnt help you pay and keep staff, have fun working by yourself

Internal Communication

Lie and blow smoke up your butt so you keep doing the work you arent compensated for

Career Development

They will lie to you about promoting and giving you opportunities to keep you around and working as long as possible, they dont want to advance your career they just want to make theirs easier

Overall compensation for your work

70+ hour work weeks, at minimum for what management salaries are anywhere so they can stop the bleeding as much as possible

Office / Work Environment

Downtrodden work environment, usually down due to uneven work load, carrying terrible employees hired by the corporation

Environmental Friendliness

D'angelos hates you from day one, your only a pawn to work and keep their company cars

Work-Life Balance

You will have absolutely no life if you work here, mandatory 50 hours normally turns into 70+

Company Image

Most people probably dont even know d'angelos, and if they do they have usually had a bad experience

Job Security

You'll be able to keep your job cause they cant afford to fire anyone. If your lucky you get another job and get out while you can

Workplace Safety

Someone call OSHA on this irresponsible company, equipment never works properly, wouldnt care if your whole restaurant is underwater as long as your open making them money

Challenging Work

Consider how your current job would be if you had to man the entirety of the work load for 15 hours, your gonna be tired after a few months at this one

Suggestions for improvement

  • Sell this money pit and be done with it

What I like about the company

Absolutely nothing

What I dislike about the company

Almost everything, arent enough characters in this response to explain

Suggestions for improvement

  • I worked for 9 years. I moved up quickly and under certain managers I enjoyed my work but under others I constantly felt stressed and not needed. My job was to run a store and I was unable to make certain decisions wi th out following up with my boss. These decisions were things I should of had control over. There was no work life balance either. I worked 60 hours at the location plus an additional 10 to 15 over text on what was supposed to be days off or vacations.

What I like about the company

I enjoyed the people I worked with. The ability to love up quickly as long as you initiated it and learned the work.

What I dislike about the company

Work life balance. Job security. Bonus/raise expectations.

Company Culture

Larger contractor so it's not very tight knit but overall great.

Freedom to work independently

Most of the time, the work that you do is team based.

Career Development

Lol

Overall compensation for your work

Well you're not gonna get 15 an hour to turn pizzas. Delivery drivers do make out well with tips in cash. However, delivery drivers get paid $9 an hour nom negotiable. So it pretty much evens out to what you'd get staying inside. But at least you get to rip butts the whole time

Work-Life Balance

If you or your family become sick causing you to call out, your hours are the first they cut next schedule.

Job Security

So long as you don't steal, your job is safe. Hours fluctuate.

Workplace Safety

Most floors are greasy and wet, causing very slippery conditions around hot and sharp surfaces. Nonslip shoes will not help.

Challenging Work

It's not hard at all.

Suggestions for improvement

  • Safer work conditions, better communication between team members and corporate management, better HR staff training, individualized bonus incentives (a free shift meal for example). Newer equipment for older stores, facility materials (i.e. light bulbs and storage solutions), osha 10 training should be mandatory for new hires (safety is not of corporate concern until you get hurt)

What I dislike about the company

Lack of corporate communications to team members. Without the bottom of the totom pole, the top falls over.
