They expected way too much from me way too soon. There was little time to develop and get a feel for the day-to-day routines.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give new employees, especially those who have not worked before, the proper chance to truly get a feel for what the company expects. Some people simply learn at a slower rate than others, and the company needs to take that into account, as well as individuals who may have some mental problems.
