Suggestions for improvement
- Upgrade software to track inventory/production/financial data. Provide realistic deadlines to employees. Address performance concerns with those who are responsible for attaining the results rather than those who report the results.
I dislike about the employer
Overuse of consultants, without follow through on implementation. Yelling and screaming management. Lack of support for effective ERP systems. Failure of HR to address offensive management treatment of employees. Unrealistic deadlines. Complete lack of work/life balance.
