Support from Management
Leaders never supported employees in decision making processes and never appreciated employees. High turnover in management. Didn't promote from within for upper management positions.
Suggestions for improvement
- They should encourage employees to move up in the workforce by highering within. Management should acknowledge employees plus other departments more and stop being anti-social.
What I like about the company
I don't like anything about them and that's why I don't work there.
