Support from management
Management is too busy lining their own careers to manage projects and project teams well.
too scattered. There isn't a good global messaging.
great career development if you were an engineer or scientist. Others, not so much. No one really cared about my growth.
Overall compensation for your work
I was there too long, the pay didn't match my job skills.
What is this suppose to mean? The office has a food compost as well as regular garbage and recycling.
I have seen 25+ year staff fired. No one was "safe."
Suggestions for improvement
- When I first started I was teamed with a PM and a great project. As the years went by the PM took on too much other responsibilities and didn't manage the project team well. We all had to fend for ourselves.
What I like about the company
The stock value is going strong right now. It's 100% employee owned.
What I dislike about the company
The Participatory Culture became a culture of stay in your place, don't speak up, and just do the small tasks. Be grateful for the crumbs.
