Suggestions for improvement
- Executives foist their problems down onto the plebs. Keep the concerns of "The Street" at the executive level. Let an employee maintain their focus on customers and products.
Management is a bit too deadline oriented and assume there will be no hiccups. At lower levels we try to account for expected delays in the schedule.
Otherwise they try to encourage a friendly atmosphere with casual fridays, celebrating aerospace day and various holidays with food. There is a yearly picnic for employees only that coincides with profit sharing bonuses.
Project and team leads are realistic. Upper management expectations are frequently in realistic.
most people are willing to step up and are good people [most]
management does not involve hourly employees or ask for opinions although they have on hand experiance
are a few that only think of thelmselves even it meens hurting someone else
only if management agrees on what you are doing even if it is the right decision
no information only what they want you to know
