To an extent. Non -discriminatory.
There are good people sprinkled about, but the good ones are driven away by corporate policy and disrespect.
A corporate culture of only being concerned with checking the box and not being concerned with the work/life balance of the people that work there. Two weeks vacation for exempt employees is not in line with the current work environment in the United States.
