Support from Management
Supervisors would make up new rules as they went along, hence non-union.
If it wasn't for my team(not management, but coworkers at my level) I probably would have quit sooner.
Level of Autonomy
Work load was unreasonable heavy, some days I would have 16 PT.s to take care of.
Suggestions for improvement
- Appreciate there workers, hire more people, pay better, and boost morale
What I like about the company
I liked the many days they would give us to take off, but was challenging at times to take off on the account of not enough staff.
